Great section on thinking outside the box. Imagination and creativity are the pillars of development, may they never shrink to the level of narrow-mindedness.
Hi Mads, the title of the series is Rise of Empires: Ottomans - Netflix. Glad to see you are enjoying the content. Narrow mindedness is the enemy of growth and development. Amazing how with access to unlimited information people seem to have lost imagination and creativity. Might sound starnge but it helps to look at situations from a childs point of view where there are no limits on imagination and creativity. Been thinking lately with the internet are we getting smarter? Cheers for the feedback.
Cheers. Thanks, gonna check that out, sounds really interesting. I think you may on to something with social media. I don’t think we are getting smarter with social media, it’s an equalizer in that it seems to dumb us down and cater to our basic instincts, our reptilian brain rather than enhancing what we already have. Of course it’s not the media itself, it only reflects the people using it. In that respect we can use it to learn about ourselves as users of social media. It can be a great tool but the question is are we clever enough to use it and so far the answer doesn’t look good.
